Have a general idea of what you want? Let us make your vision a reality. Perkins offers design services, and will work with you to create the perfect space, just the way you like it. If your project requires an architect or interior designer we can team up with yours, or hire them for you, or make recommendations for those professionals that we have experience working with. With Geoff’s seventeen years of experience in the architectural profession, he is comfortable being your designer using state of the art Chief Architect® software.

Perkins Construction provides design services exclusively for projects where we are the selected builder/contractor. Our design/build approach gives you “one stop shopping”, and affords you the opportunity to take your ideas straight through to construction completion with fewer hours required on your part coordinating multiple players in your project.
