  • Geoff Perkins CEO; Graduate Master Builder

    Geoff founded The Perkins Construction Company with a mission to provide clients with complete construction services for a wide variety of project types including custom homes (new, additions, and remodeling), commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. He has over fifty years experience in both the architectural and construction fields and has guided a vast number of projects through design and construction. Highly collaborative in his methods, Geoff promotes a team approach between client, architect, and builder. Geoff is a past President of the Washtenaw Contractors Association where he co-authored its Guide to the Purchase of Construction Services, and also co-founded its highly successful annual Pyramid Awards competition. He is past President of the Builders and Remodelors Association of Greater Ann Arbor where he continues as a Board Member, is a member of its Custom Builders Council and Remodelers Council, and he is past Vice President of the Washtenaw Smart Growth Initiative. Geoff holds a seat on the City of Ann Arbor Construction Code Advisory Board, and also chairs a Task Force dealing with the Ann Arbor Building and Planning Departments. He is a member of the Ann Arbor Design Review Board. Geoff is a veteran of the United States Navy.

  • Carl Wurster Vice President; Director of Construction; Graduate Master Builder

    Carl is responsible for all project management activities from estimating and contract negotiation to construction completion and closeout. He joined the firm in 1988 and has been involved in all aspects of the firm’s business. He brings a broad knowledge of construction and vast project management experience. Carl’s thirty-plus years experience as a project manager and superintendent give him invaluable insight into the total construction process. Prior to joining The Perkins Construction Company, Carl was a project manager for Ashlar Development Company.

  • Angela Say-Craig Treasurer; COO

    Prior to joining The Perkins Construction Company in 1997, Angela was employed by various firms as controller and/or accountant. In this capacity, she implemented a wide variety of policies and procedures as well as overseeing the maintenance of all financial records. At Perkins Construction, Angela is responsible for all financial management including accounting, financial forecasting, tax planning, accounts payable and receivable. Angela has a MA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and a BS in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and Virginia.
